Alissa Kotranza

Alissa’s early love of performance led her from a childhood of competitive dance to full-time membership in the renowned entertainment troupe, Entertainment Revue (ER). ‘The Entertainment Revue Foundation is a professional song-and-dance ensemble based in Tampa, Florida, which performs over forty shows each year. ER is a 501-C non-profit organization, whose sole purpose is to develop young performers.’ Alissa performed with ER for seven years before graduating as a Senior Cast Member, simultaneously performing with Berkeley Preparatory’s Mello Divas and championing the Berkeley Singers co-ed choral group as their President.

As an undergraduate at the University of Florida, Alissa led the performance side of UF’s premiere co-ed a cappella group, No Southern Accent (NSA), as Performance Director, from 2012-2015. Alissa won Varsity Vocal’s award for “Best Choreography” in 2012, and saw her group place competitively over a number of years in the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA).

Alissa took a hiatus from the entertainment biz when she moved from Florida to Denver, Colorado, but couldn’t stay away long. She found an amazing dance community through Barre Forte and other local studios, and has taught dance and dance-based fitness professionally since 2016. She joined the Allstars in 2018 and is proud to be their sole female member. As a new member of the Allstars, she hopes her voice – and her ambition – will remain strong for years to come.
